Atelier Media – Terms & Conditions

We’re excited to provide you with high-quality video and photography services. Before proceeding, please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions. By booking a service with Atelier Media, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. BOOKING & SCHEDULING

1.1. Booking: To book a photo or video shoot, please submit your request through our website or via email. We may follow up for additional details such as date, time, location, and service requirements to ensure a smooth experience.

1.2. Scheduling: We will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule, subject to availability. Should a rescheduling be necessary, we will contact you directly.

2. PAYMENT

2.1. Fees & Payment Methods: Service fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process. Payment may be made via Stripe through our website, or via invoice by direct deposit. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed.

2.2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is welcomed, and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

3. ON-SITE PREPARATION

3.1. Property Readiness: Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is clean, decluttered, and styled appropriately. Our team will not handle personal belongings or move furniture, particularly in tenanted homes. We recommend being present to ensure the desired presentation.

3.2. Site Attendance: You confirm that all relevant details—such as access instructions, shoot angles, and drone permissions—have been accurately provided. If not, you agree to be present on-site to guide the process.

3.3. On-Site Cancellation: If the shoot cannot be completed due to lack of access or preparation, the full-service fee will still apply.

4. COPYRIGHT & LICENSING

4.1. Usage License: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the media for property-related marketing. All imagery and footage remain the intellectual property of Atelier Media.

4.2. Third-Party Use: You may not sell, license, or distribute the content to third parties without written permission from Atelier Media.

4.3. Alteration & Credit: You may not alter, edit, or apply filters to the content without our approval. Atelier Media reserves the right to use the content in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

5. CONTENT DELIVERY

5.1. Turnaround: Final images are delivered within 24 hours (next business day), and videos within 48 hours of the shoot. Please let us know in advance if you require expedited delivery.

5.2. Format: All media will be delivered digitally via a download link or online gallery.

6. QUALITY ASSURANCE

6.1. Image Revisions: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the content does not meet agreed standards. We are committed to addressing valid concerns promptly.

6.2. Video Revisions: One round of video revision is included in your package. Additional editing will be charged at $100 per hour.

7. LIABILITY

7.1. Site Conduct: Our team exercises care during all site visits, but Atelier Media is not liable for damage, loss, or injury occurring on the premises during the shoot.

7.2. Limit of Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL FEES

8.1. Coverage: Our standard service area covers a 20km radius from Brisbane CBD.

8.2. Travel Fees: Properties located beyond this radius will incur a $30 travel surcharge. For further distances, please contact us directly.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & TERMINATION

9.1. Mediation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation before taking legal steps.

9.2. Service Termination: Atelier Media reserves the right to cancel services at any time if the client breaches these terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

10.1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Updates to Terms

These terms are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version will always apply and is binding from the date of update. (Last updated: June 2025)

By booking a service with Atelier Media, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and that all provided booking information—including access details, addresses, and creative instructions—is accurate.
